Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return, or contact our customer support team with your order number.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure all furniture pieces are disassembled and placed back into their original packaging with all included hardware and assembly manuals.

  Schedule Collection

  Once your request is approved, we will coordinate a convenient date for our specialized courier service to collect the furniture directly from your home.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After the item arrives at our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, we will process your refund or store credit within 5 to 7 business days.
