What are your delivery options and timelines?
We offer nationwide delivery across the country. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days for in-stock items, while custom upholstery may take up to 4 weeks. You will receive a tracking link once your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you provide assembly services for the furniture?
Most of our items are delivered flat-packed to ensure safe transit. We provide comprehensive assembly instructions and all necessary hardware. For select regions, professional assembly services can be added to your order at checkout for an additional fee.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return your furniture within 14 days of delivery, provided it is in its original packaging and condition. Please note that a collection fee may apply for change-of-mind returns.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and secure EFT payments. We also offer flexible financing options through our Buy Now, Pay Later partners.
Does my furniture come with a warranty?
Yes, all Decofurn Furniture items come with a standard 12-month manufacturer’s warranty against structural defects. Certain premium ranges may qualify for extended warranties of up to 5 years.
Can I view the furniture in person before buying?
